Standard "Easy to Strip" or "Easy Peel" Poultry Netting is purple and white for a traditional netted poultry appearance, and is suitable for all single muscle poultry joints.

"Easy to Strip" or "Easy Peel" is made with twice as many squares as standard netting. This helps keep the net on the surface of the joint making it easy to remove after cooking.
